Will it be coming home, or will it be coming to Rome? This has been a question from lovers of the sport that has been trending for the last few days

The stage is finally set for the eagerly anticipated Euro 2020 final match as Italy and England prepare to face off on Sunday at Wembley Stadium in London.
It has been 31 days of fun, thrills and surprises with some insatiable soccer from top players and countries.
In the end the Italian gladiators and the Three Lions of England are the last ones standing at the Wembley’s football Coliseum.
Will it be coming home, or will it be coming to Rome? This has been a question from lovers of the sport that has been trending for the last few days.
We will finally know the answer to this after Sunday’s final at Wembley where Italy goes head to head against England in the UEFA European Championship 2020 Final.
Both teams have lived up to the tag as tournament favorites before the start of this summer’s European Championship.
The Azzurris marched into the last 16, brushing aside Turkey, Switzerland and Wales in the opening group stage fixtures before surviving an Austrian scare to leave it late to the quarters of Euro 2020.
Italy then prevailed with a 4-2 win on penalties against Spain in the semi-finals after the march had finished 1-1 through extra time to reach their 10th major tournament final (World Cup/Euros) .
England also stormed into the last 16, defeating Croatia, drawing against the Scotts and edging Czech Republic in the opening group stage fixtures before overcoming old rivals Germany to book a semi-final spot at the Euros.
Gareth Southgate’s men then came from behind to edge out Denmark 2-1 in extra time in the semis to set a final against Italy on Sunday.
The Italians seem pretty near invincible – a 33-game streak, 14 wins in a row.
The two teams are heading into this summer’s tournament with Euro 2020 glory within their grasp – England is handed a home advantage at Wembley as they try to lift their first major international trophy in 55 years and the Azzurri out to claim their first European title in 53 years.
The anticipation is great in England, as the hosts sense that playing at home before fans is a huge advantage for them to bring the trophy home after their World Cup win 55 years ago whiles Italy, who were beaten finalists at Euro 2000 and Euro 2012, are aiming to send the European Championship to Rome after defeating Yugoslavia in a 1968 final replay in Rome.
England and Italy have met on 27 occasions. England have recorded 8 wins, 9 draws and 10 losses in all competitions.
