Hearts of Oak started the game very bright but the Dormaa lads resisted their advances to deny the Phobians another win. Hearts have picked just a win against Aduana FC in their last four games.
The visitors tried to level the score in Dormaa but the home side proved they were no easy push overs.
Hearts of Oak were reduced to 10-men as defender Caleb Amankwah was sent off in the 89th minute of the game.
In the end the Fire Boys were the victors with a slim win at Dormaa. They travel to Kumasi to take on King Faisal while Hearts of Oak face Great Olympics in the Ga Mantse derby.
